The Red Hook Police Department is located in Northern Dutchess County in the village center operating from the Village Hall, 7467 South Broadway, which is the home of our local village government.

We serve the Town of Red Hook and the two villages within the town, Village of Red Hook and Village of Tivoli.

Currently we have thirteen officers on staff including three full-time officers. Police Chief Jim Truitt and Sergeant Patrick Hildenbrand lead the department.

The Village of Red Hook Police Department is proud to serve their community with officers who are dedicated to maintaining safe and secure environment.
